"TEOFAN, through the grace of God, Metropolitan of Moldova and Bucovina, following the word of the Holy Scripture which says that in the Church there are different works, but it is the same God who works all in all (1 Corinthians 12:5-6), we rejoice when the sons and daughters of our righteous Church multiply the talents received as a gift from the Most Merciful God, defending the Orthodox faith and working for the good of the Church. We confer, with paternal love, this DISTINCTION OF WORTHINESS TO THE CHURCH OF HOLY CROSS, SAN JOSE."
